Sample: Urea-15N, CH3OH-13C

A sample of 100mM 15N-labeled Urea and 13C-labeled 100mM CH3OH in DMSO-d6 is recommended to calibrate high- and low-power 15N and 13C pulses to be applied in inverse triple-resonance experiments. The 15N pulse calibrations are performed on the large doublet (88.5 Hz due to 1JNH) of the urea resonance centered around 5.4ppm and the 13C pulse calibrations on the large doublet (139 Hz due to 1JCH) of the methanol resonance centered around 3.17ppm.
