This pulse calibration is performed using the paropt AU program. pl2 is set to -3dB and p3 is varied from 12 to 26 microseconds using a 2 microsecond step. When using a small p3 value (for instance, 12u), we observe antiphase signals at 5.4 ppm. P3 is increased until these signals become zero (near 18u) and this is the 90 degree 15N pulse from the decoupler at high-power level.RELATED ITEMSA similar procedure is followed to measure the Low-power 15N pulse calibration from decoupler (for GARP).
