This pulse calibration is performed using the paropt AU program. p3 is set to 120u and pl2 is varied from 11dB to 18dB using a 1dB step. When using a small pl2 value (for instance, 11dB), we observe antiphase signals at 5.4 ppm. Pl2 is increased until these signals become zero (near 15dB) and this is the 90 degree 15N pulse from the decoupler at low-power level to be used for GARP decoupling.RELATED ITEMSA similar procedure is followed to measure the High-power 15N pulse calibration from decoupler.
