The starting point to run any NMR experiment on AVANCE spectrometers, involves the following two steps: Create a new dataset with or, alternatively, increment the experiment number with the iexpno command. Read an standard parameter set necessary to record the desired experiment by typing 'filename' all. A list of available standard parameter sets can be found in the Parameter Sets Library.
