Once the desired parameter set has been defined, the user can modify any parameter involved in the experiment (they can be displayed with the ased command) if required. Thus, in this section, the most relevant parameters of each experiment will be mentioned and described according to the experiment.

For instance, the mixing time in any NOESY experiment is usually defined by the d8 parameter (see the corresponding pulse program) and can be conveniently modified of several ways:

  • In the acquisition window, by typing eda a nd modifying the d8 value in the array of delays D values.
  • Using the ased command and modifying the d8 value
  • Simply by typing in the command line, for instance, d8 300m.
