This pulse calibration is performed using the paropt AU program. o1 is set on resonance of the selected resonance, p11 is set to 80m and sp1 is varied from 75 to 61dB using a -1dB step. The maximum signal stands for the selective 90 degree pulse (in our case, around 70-72dB) that is confirmed by the first null point (selective 180 degree pulse) when the pulse power level is decreased 6dB (64dB). Thus, as an example, we can use the following p11/sp1 pair values for a 1% truncated gaussian shaped pulse as a function of the required selectivity:RELATED ITEMS
