2D DQ-NOESY

DESCRIPTION
The 2D DQ-NOESY experiment is an hybrid experiment consisting of consecutive DQ and NOESY  building blocks. In the first step, magnetization is transferred between J-coupled protons via  double-quantum coherences (DQCs) and in the second step, such magnetization is propagated via NOE.
REQUIREMENTS
Easy implementation on AVANCE spectrometers.
VERSIONS
The basic pulse sequence of the DQ-NOESY experiment consists of a refocused 2D DQ pulse sequence followed by a NOESY building block ( 85JMR181-61 and 92JMR593-100 ). Modified sequences have been considered:
EXPERIMENTAL DETAILS
The 2D DQ-NOESY experiment can be recorded in routine/automation modes. The most important parameter to consider is the length of the  the DQ and NOESY mixing periods. See 2D DQ and 2D NOESY experiments for more details.
