This pulse calibration is performed using the paropt AU program. pl1 is set to 0dB and p1 is varied from 1 to 16 microseconds using a 1 microsecond step. The first maximum signal stands for the 90 degree pulse that is confirmed by the first null point when the pulse length is doubled.
