3D NMR. Required 1H pulses

The 1H pulse calibrations should be done on the actual biomolecular sample because they strongly depend on the ionic strength of the solution. If the concentration is enough, use the sequence zgpr (see Tutorial: 1D Water presaturation) and look at the protein signals. If the protein concentration is too low for accurate pulse calibrations, use the zg pulse sequence (see Tutorial: 1H spectrum) and monitor the water signal.
