2D DEPT-based HETCOR experiment with F₁-¹H-decoupling using BIRD (magnitude mode)

SET-UP

To record a magnitude-mode DEPT-based HETCOR experiment with F₁-¹H-decoupling using BIRD, load the parameter set defined for the conventional 2D DEPT-based HETCOR experiment and change the pulse program to hxdeptbiqf. Modify acquisition parameters if required, and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
