The evolution period is optimized to d2=3.45 ms (1/2J) , corresponding to ¹J_CH=145 Hz. and the final editing high power p0 pulse applied from the f1 channel is set to 45, 90 or 135 degree pulse as a function of carbon multiplicity:

45 degree - all positive
90 degree - XH only
135 degree - XH, XH3 positive, XH2 negative

Finally, set the number of scans as a function of the sample concentration (by default, ns 8 and ds 4).
