To record a 2D NOESY experiment with presaturation using random variation of the mixing time, load the parameter set defined for the phase-sensitive 2D NOESY experiment with presaturation and change the pulse program to noesyphprrv. Modify acquisition parameters if required (v9 is the random variation in % of the fixed d8 NOESY mixing time), and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
