2D 1H-15N Inverse & Hybrid |
: All described pulse programs use the f3 decoupler channel for the 15N nucleus. The same results should be obtained from analog pulse programs using the f2 channel (see, for instance, gradient-based 2D 1H-13C inverse & hybrid experiments. On the other hand, they could also be applied on other nuclei, for instance, if a triple-channel broadband probehead is available. In such case, pulses, delays and gradient strengths should be set accordingly.
