Phase-sensitive 2D HMQC experiment using BIRD but without ¹³C-decoupling

SET-UP

To record a phase-sensitive 2D HMQC experiment using BIRD but without ¹³C-decoupling, load the parameter set defined for the conventional phase-sensitive 2D ¹H-¹³C HMQC experiment using BIRD and change the pulse program to hmqcbindph. Modify acquisition parameters if required, and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
