2D ¹H-¹³C HMQC-TOCSY using BIRD without ¹³C-decoupling (magnitude mode)

SET-UP

To record a magnitude-mode 2D HMQC-TOCSY experiment using BIRD but without ¹³C-decoupling, load the parameter set defined for the conventional magnitude-mode 2D ¹H-¹³C HMQC-TOCSY experiment using BIRD experiment and change the pulse program to hmqcbimlndqf. Modify acquisition parameters if required, and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
