To record a phase-sensitive 2D HMQC experiment without 13C-decoupling, load the parameter set defined for the conventional phase-sensitive 2D 1H-13C HMQC experiment and change the pulse program to hmqcndph. Modify acquisition parameters if required, and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
