To record a 2D HMQC experiment without ¹³C-decoupling, load the parameter set defined for the conventional 2D ¹H-¹³C HMQC experiment and change the pulse program to hmqcndqf. Modify acquisition parameters if required, and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
