2D ¹H-¹³C HMQC-TOCSY using presaturation and without ¹³C-decoupling (Phase-sensitive)

SET-UP

To record a phase-sensitive 2D HMQC-TOCSY experiment using presaturation and without ¹³C-decoupling, load the parameter set defined for the conventional phase-sensitive 2D ¹H-¹³C HMQC-TOCSY experiment experiment using presaturation and change the pulse program to hmqcmlndphpr. Modify acquisition parameters if required, and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
