MODIFY SPECIFIC PARAMETERS

See  90 degrees 13C observe pulse and 90 degrees 1H decouple pulse calibrations.

The interpulse delay (d20) is optimized according to the desired carbon multiplicity. A typical value is d20=7.1m (for 1JCH=140Hz):
        1/(1JCH)  C, CH2 positive, CH, CH3 negative
        1/(21JCH) C only

Set ns as a function of the sample concentration.
