A series of 3D triple-resonance NMR experiments have been reported for measurement of amide deuterium isotope effects on chemical shifts in 13C,15N-labeled proteins 3D HCAN and 3D HCA(CO)N experiments for measurement of two-bond (intraresidual) and three-bond (sequential) amide deuterium isotope effects on CA chemical shifts ( 97JACS8070 ) and correlation with backbone torsion angles have been proposed. 3D HN/DN-edited ISP experiments for measurement of two- and three-bond amide deuterium isotope effects on CB chemical shifts ( 98JMR547-135 ) and on CA and CO chemical shifts ( 98JB339 )
