DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
Implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with a third channel. Improved versions using pulsed field gradients (PFGs) are also available and, therefore, in such cases gradient technology is required.

The 3D (H)N(COCA)NH experiment is applied on 13C,15N-labeled proteins in H2O.

VERSIONS
The 3D (H)N(COCA)NH experiment has been described in 96JMRB194-111 , 97JB94 , 05JB43-33) . A related 3D (H)N(CO-TOCSY)NH experiment has been reported for sequential resonance assignments in flexible polypeptides ( 00JB127 ) in that such connectivites are established in both directions.
