3D HNCA DQ-ZQ

DESCRIPTION

The 3D HNCA DQ-ZQ experiment allows to measure ³J(HN-HA) coupling constants in ¹³C,¹⁵N-labeled proteins dissolved in H₂O from DQ-ZQ multiplet patterns.

REQUIREMENTS

Implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with a third channel and pulsed field gradients (PFGs).
