DESCRIPTION

The 3D HN(CA)CB[CO]-E.COSY experiment allows to measure ³J(CO-CB) coupling constants in ¹³C,¹⁵N-labeled proteins dissolved in H₂O from E.COSY multiplet patterns.

Implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with a third channel and pulsed field gradients (PFGs).
