The 3D HCP-CCH TOCSY experiment is a simple extension of the 3D HCP experiment in which 13C magnetization is relayed further to the neighborings 13C nuclei, through the large single-bond 13C-13C scalar coupling via TOCSY in 13C-labeled nucleic acids.REQUIREMENTS
Implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with a third channel and gradient technology.VERSIONS
