Test Sample: 2mM CuSO4 1%H2O 99%D2O sample.PARAMETER SET
The quad image adjustament is performed using the conventional 1H parameter set. (the pulse program is set to pulprog zg30).MODIFY SPECIFIC PARAMETERS
ACQUISITIONSet AQMOD to QSIM.
Set p1 to 90º 1H observe pulse at high power level pl1.
Start acquisition by rga and zg using ns=1. The image peak must be greatly reduced when repeating the experiment using ns=8 due to the quadrature phase cycle.PROCESSING
PLOT
. Plot the region with H2O, o1 and the remaining quad image peakOBSERVATIONS
Start the RX22 service tool and adjust first DC offsets before phase and amplitude calibration. The redisual quad image peak must be smaller than 1%. For systems with SE451 use the same test procedure but the adjustament is manually. Store the print out of these values together with the hardware list at the NMR test document library
