OBSERVATIONS
Protonated carbon resonances are quickly assigned using a 2D 1H-13C map. On the opther hand, all quaternary carbons can be also assigned from the 2D 1H-13C HMBC spectrum. The multiplicity of all protonated carbons are elucidated from 1D DEPT spectra or froma more suitable 2D multiplicity-edited 1H-13C HSQC experiment.
