a conventional 1D ¹H-¹³C HMQC spectra with rpar HMQC1D all and change the pulse program to iineptrd that

MODIFY SPECIFIC PARAMETERS

d20 is the defocusing delay optimized to 1/(6*¹J_CH) for all multiplicities.
d4 is the refocusing delay optimized to 1/(4*¹J_CH).
On the other hand, the following standard acquisition parameters can be modified: d1, ns, ds, sw and td.
