    Another pulse program inadqf.2 using a modified phase cycling is also available.

    MODIFY SPECIFIC PARAMETERS

    If required, change the following acquisition parameters (eda):

    d1=5s (relaxation delay)
    o1 set to the center of 13C NMR spectrum (for instance, 11000)
    sw(F2) normal 13C spectral width (for instance, 160 ppm)
    sw(F1) Double-Quantum frequencies dimension (for instance, 320 ppm)
    On the other hand, the values of TD2 and TD1=NE are set, by default, to 1K and 128w, respectively. If spectral resolution must be modified use other values.

    Set the number of scans as a function of the sample concentration (by default, ns 128 and ds 16).

    The interpulse delay (d4) is optimized to 1/[4*J(C,C)] (d4=7.6 msec, calculated from 1J(C,C)=33 Hz).
