ACQUISITION PROCESSING PLOT OBSERVATIONS
If required, change the following acquisition parameters (eda):
d1=5s (relaxation delay)On the other hand, the values of TD2 and TD1=NE are set, by default, to 1K and 128w, respectively. If spectral resolution must be modified use other values.
o1 set to the center of 13C NMR spectrum (for instance, 11000)
sw(F2) normal 13C spectral width (for instance, 160 ppm)
sw(F1) Double-Quantum frequencies dimension (for instance, 320 ppm)Set the number of scans as a function of the sample concentration (by default, ns 128 and ds 16).
The interpulse delay (d4) is optimized to 1/[4*J(C,C)] (d4=7.6 msec, calculated from 1J(C,C)=33 Hz).
