To record a 2D NOESY-RELAY experiment, load the parameter set defined for the conventional phase-sensitive 2D NOESY experiment and change the pulse program to noesydfphrl. Modify acquisition parameters if required (d4 is the RELAY delay, optimized to 1/4J(HH)), and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
