It is generally recommended that COSY-DQF experiments be run without sample spinning.

Set the number of scans as a function of the sample concentration (by default, ns 16 and ds 4).

The same scheme can be used to record phase-sensitive 2D COSY experiments with a multiple-quantum filter. For instance, after reading the standard parameter set, a phase-sensitive 2D COSY-TQF (triple-quantum filtered) experiment can be run changing the pulse program (cosyphtf), the minimum number of scans (ns=24 and ds=24). All other experimental set-up as described above.
