    MODIFY SPECIFIC PARAMETERS
    It is generally recommended that COSY experiments be run without sample spinning.

    Finally, set the number of scans as a function of the sample concentration (by default, ns 8 and ds 4).

    The same scheme can be used to record 2D COSY experiments with a multiple-quantum filter. For instance, after reading the standard parameter set, a 2D COSY-TQF (triple-quantum filtered) experiment can be run changing the pulse program cosyqftf and the minimum number of scans (ns=12 and ds=24). All other experimental set-up is performed as described above. Such new parameters can be also stored to be used later.
