ge-2D 1H-13C HMQC-ROESY experiment
(phase-sensitive using echo-antiecho)

SET-UP
To record a phase-sensitive ge-2D HMQC-ROESY experiment using the echo-antiecho principle, load the parameter set defined for the phase-sensitive ge-2D 1H-13C HMQC experiment using echo-antiecho or type rpar HSQCETGP all and change the pulse program to hmqcetgpro.

The duration of the ROESY mixing time which is defined by a low-power pulse p15 (you can start with 300-500 ms for small molecules) applied at pl11 power level. A power level giving a 90 degree pulse about 100-125 microseconds is usually chosen (for calibration purposes see: Low-power 90 1H observe pulse calibration).

Inter-pulse evolution period (d2=1/(2*cnst2)): Optimized with cnst2=145 Hz

Standard gradient parameters:

  • gpz1 (gpnam1=SINE.100) is set to 80%
  • gpz2 (gpnam2=SINE.100) is set to 40.2%
  • Gradient duration (p16)
  • Recovery delay (d16)
  • Modify acquisition parameters if required, and perform data acquisition and data processing as described.
