Build-up ROE 1D curves

PRELIMINARY SET-UP PARAMETER SET
An specific buil-up ROE curve of a given spin pair is easily performed from the selective 1D ROESY parameter set.
MODIFY SPECIFIC PARAMETERS
The specific ROE signal to be monitored as a function of the mixing time must be selected. Phase correction on this signal is adjusted (using the phase subroutine) and the plot region is defined using the DefPlot button.

It is important to use a long recycle delay, usually d1=5*T1(1H).

ACQUISITION
From the above selected ROESY file, create a new file with edc or iexpno and start acquisition executing the AU paropt program. Answer the questions as follows:

Enter parameter to modify:             p15  (in us)
                  Enter initial parameter value:       1000
                  Enter parameter increment:      100000
                  Enter # of experiments:                     21

In this case, paropt automatically acquires 21 spectra while incrementing the mixing time from 1 msec to 2 sec.
PROCESSING
Each spectra is automatically processed with the defined lb value (usually lb=1) and for each value of p15, only the spectral region defined above is plotted. All spectra appear side-by-side in the corresponding procno 999.
