Selective Excitation
Also see Selective Excitation

Selective Excitation is needed fro several purposes in multidimensional NMR experiments of proteins, namely:

  • Selective carbon excitation to selectively excite 13CO from 13CA or viceversa ...
  • Selective or band-selective proton excitation
  • Selective water excitation is an interesting building block in NMR experiments devoted to study water-protein interactions.
