For both longitudinal two-spin order RIS(2IzSz)
and S-spin antiphase coherence RIS(2IzSx)
rates, closely-related experiments to
the conventional HSQC pulse sequence are used. In these cases, a T period
is inserted in the original sequence to select IzSz
or IzSx magnetization prior to the t1
period.

relaxation rates, RI(Iz),
the mixing NOESY time of a conventional 2D 1H-S
HSQC-NOESY is used as a relaxation period.
