2D (HB)CB(CGCD)HD

DESCRIPTION
The 2D (HB)CB(CGCD)HD experiment allows to correlate the side-chain CB chemical shift with the HD aromatic protons in 13C-labeled proteins in D2O.
REQUIREMENTS
Implementation on any AVANCE spectrometer equipped with an inverse probehead, a third channel and pulsed field gradients (PFGs).
VERSIONS
The original sequence was reported in 93JACS11054 and a 3D (HB)CB(CG)CDHD experiment has been also proposed ( 96JMRB259-112).
