Chemical-Shift-Selective Filter

DESCRIPTION
The Chemical--Shift-Selective Filter is a selective excitation scheme only requiring that the chemical shift of the spin under investigation be resolved from those of its neighbors, regardless of how much their multiplets overlap.
REQUIREMENTS
Easy implementation on any AVANCE spectrometer.
VERSIONS
The original CSSF scheme was proposed by Hall and Norwood ( 88JMR548-76 and 88JMR582-78 ). This approach has been succesffully applied in the following experiments :
  • 1D COSY ( 88JMR548-76 , 88JMR582-78 , and 91TET3535 )
  • 1D RELAY ( 91TET3535 )
  • 1D NOESY ( 91TET3535 )
  • 1D heteronuclear correlation ( 92JMR54-97 and 92MRC1111 )
  • 1D INADEQUATE and HCC Relay ( 92MRC68 ).
