2D J-HMBC

DESCRIPTION
The 2D J-HMBC experiment is used for the measurement of long-range proton-carbon coupling constants in molecules at natural abundance.

Also see HMBC experiment.

REQUIREMENTS
Easy implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with pulsed field gradients (PFGs) and inverse probehead.
VERSIONS
The phase-sensitive HMBC experiment has been described in: 95MRC632 , 99TL6271 , 00TET2935

EXPERIMENTAL DETAILS
This experiment can be recorded using the basic parameter set available for a 2D inverse-detected experiment as, for instance, the HMBC experiment.
