2D Phase-sensitive HMBC

DESCRIPTION
The 2D Phase-sensitive HMBC experiment is used for the measurement of long-range proton-carbon coupling constants in molecules at natural abundance
REQUIREMENTS
Easy implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with pulsed field gradients (PFGs) and inverse probehead.
VERSIONS
The phase-sensitive HMBC experiment has been described in: 01JMR209

Using echo-antiecho: Using a two-fold low-pass J-filter and echo-antiecho:

EXPERIMENTAL DETAILS
This experiment can be recorded using the basic parameter set available for a 2D inverse-detected experiment as, for instance, the HMBC experiment.
