2D HSQC-HECADE

DESCRIPTION
The 2D HETLOC experiment is used for the measurement of long-range proton-carbon coupling constants in molecules at natural abundance.

Also see HSQC-TOCSY experiment.

REQUIREMENTS
Easy implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with pulsed field gradients (PFGs) and inverse probehead.
VERSIONS
The 2D HSQC-HECADE experiment has been described in: 97JMR383-124 , 97JMR193-125 , 00JMR294-142 , 00MRC839

EXPERIMENTAL DETAILS
This experiment can be recorded using the basic parameter set available for a 2D inverse-detected experiment as, for instance, the HSQC-TOCSY experiment.
