Experiment to measure long-range proton-carbon coupling constants in molecules at natural abundance
REQUIREMENTS
Easy implementation on AVANCE spectrometers equipped with pulsed field gradients (PFGs) and inverse probehead.

The EXSIDE experiment has been described in: 96JMRA33-121 and 98MRC839 .
EXPERIMENTAL DETAILS
This experiment can be recorded using the basic parameter set available for a 2D inverse-detected experiment as, for instance, the HSQC experiment.
