Broadband-decoupling in 3D experiments

DESCRIPTION
For 13C,15N-labeled proteins, you should implement broadband X-decoupling during the Y-evolution and during the acquisition, in order to prevent the splitting of the alpha-proton signal due to coupling to the bound carbon. You can achieve this by inserting a 180 degree X pulse in the middle of the Y-evolution, optionally centered with respect to the 180 degree pulse for other nucleus.
