3D TOCSY-NOESY

DESCRIPTION
The 3D TOCSY-NOESY (TONO) experiment is specifically designed to obtain homonuclear 1H-1H NOE and J-coupling information in a single experiment. The experiment found widely application to study such effects in large unlabeled biomolecules having high overlapping resonances.
 
REQUIREMENTS
Implementation on AVANCE spectrometers is feasible.
VERSIONS
The 3D TOCSY-NOESY pulse sequence ( 89JMR450-83 , 90JACS5024 , 91EJB807 , and 90JMR453-86 ) consists of a 2D TOCSY pulse sequence followed by a 2D NOESY pulse sequence.
