See 2D & 3D Carbon-detected experiments for large proteins

Easy implementation on any AVANCE spectrometer equipped with a cryoprobe with high ¹³C sensitivity

The experiment was first described in 02JACS9054 in the form of an HSQC pulse scheme: An HMQC version has been described in 03JACS16423 and applied on paramagnetic metalloproteins ( 04JACS10496 ). The sensitivity of different CACO sequences have been assessed and analysed for paramagnetic proteins 05JMR125-174 .

Recently, a new experiment COCA correlation experiment called COCAINE (CO-CA In- and aNtiplase spectra with sensitivity Enhancenment) has been also proposed ( 05JB273-31 ). This is basically a F2-spin edited HSQC experiment.
