FLOW NMR

The introduction of biological screening and combinatorial chemistry for chemical synthesis has also introduced new requirements for NMR automation, e.g., the use of well plates for sample input, increased demands on throughput, and the need for quick and simple interpretation of the acquired NMR data. Bruker has once again been the pioneer in developing a solution to these new needs: BEST-NMR: Bruker Efficient Samples Transfer.

Some features:

  • Liquid sample injection (eliminates NMR tubes)
  • Highly useful for analysis of or mass-limited samples
  • Active volume between 30-200ul
  • Microflow probes: active volume 1.5ul
  • Application of flowNMR in an automated, open-access environment ( 03AC1954 )
  • Microflow NMR: ( 04AC2966 )
