Sugar-to-sugar. Information about puckering
can be extracted basically from di(1';2',2'').
All other sugar-to-sugar interactions are difficult to determine due to
extensive overlapping and also, difficult to be unambiguosly related to
sugar conformation.
-
Sugar to-base: The most important interactions
are di(2',2'';6,8) and di(1';6,8)
although other interactions can also be observed and used to study the
sugar conformation and the glycosidic torsion angle.

Base-to-base: di(T6;TCH3)
