Long-range proton-carbon coupling constants

Long-range proton-carbon coupling constants can be extracted from 1D carbon-detected experiments.

  • 1H-coupled 13C spectra. This approach is limited to signals showing simple multiplet patterns. The analysis can be simplified by applying selective-1H decoupling during carbon acquisition. It could be also extended to 1H-coupled INEPT-based ( 89JMR82-81 ) and DEPT-based experiments.
